The first day of the Planning Inspectorate inquiry for the proposed development of 'Land Adjacent to St Augustine's Cross and North and South of Cottington Road' is tomorrow Wednesday 5th November 2025. The inquiry will open as an in-person event to be held at Thanet District Council, Council Chamber at 10.00am, until approximately 17:00.

The first Preliminary Meeting for the Sea Link Project is also tomorrow at 10am! Interested Parties will have been provided with registration details for virtual access but it is possible to observe the preliminary meeting by following a link to the livestream of the event, this link can be accessed on the project webpage (see below) and a recording will be available after the event has finished.
