Have Your Say - Sea Link - Further Representation Period

Due to an error in publishing the applicant’s notice under regulation 9 of the Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedures Regulations 2009, another relevant representation period will open for the Sea Link project from Friday 18 July 2025. The deadline for all relevant representations is 23:59pm Monday 18 August 2025.

This relevant representation period is open to all persons who have not already made a valid representation during the previous period ending 23:59pm Monday 23 June 2025.

Relevant representations can be made using the online form which will be available on the Planning Inspectorate website from Friday 18 July 2025, or by requesting a hard copy form via the project email address [email protected] or by calling 0303 444 5000. All completed registration forms must be received by the Planning Inspectorate before the close of the deadline.

Please note that if you wish to provide any attachments to your online relevant representation registration form, these must be sent to the above email address before the above deadline.
