Many day-to-day issues within Cliffsend are managed by different organisations, including Thanet District Council, Kent County Council, Kent Police and utility providers.

You can report a wide range of environmental and local issues online, including:

Roads, Pavements & Street Lighting
Most highways matters in Kent are managed by Kent County Council.

Issues you can report include:
- Potholes
- Damaged pavements
- Street lighting faults
- Drainage and flooding issues
- Faulty traffic lights
- Damaged road signs

Kent Police & Anti-Social Behaviour
For non-emergency incidents, anti-social behaviour or suspicious activity:
Always call 999 in an emergency or if a crime is in progress.

Fly Tipping & Environmental Issues
Fly tipping is illegal and can be reported online to Thanet District Council.
You can also report:
