Several weeks ago, Cliffsend Parish Council invited Thanet District Council to attend our next Parish Council meeting to discuss the waste collection issues affecting the village.

Today, we’ve received confirmation that our invitation has been accepted, and Thanet District Council’s Waste Strategy and Planning Manager will be attending.

This will form part of our usual Parish Council meeting, where other Parish Council business will also be discussed. There will be an opportunity for residents to hear directly from TDC about waste collection, raise the issues they’ve been experiencing and ask questions.
